WantedPost ("we," "us," or "our") is an online classifieds marketplace that lets buyers post requests for goods and services and receive offers from sellers. We operate the website and API at wantedposts.com (the "Platform").
WantedPost is a venue only. We do not buy, sell, or take possession of any goods or services listed on the Platform, and we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WantedPost. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Creating an account requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wantedposts.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Buyers may post "wants" describing items or services they are seeking and the maximum price they are willing to pay. Sellers may submit offers in response. Both parties are responsible for the accuracy of the content they post.
By posting content on WantedPost you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You must not post, offer, or request any of the following:
You must not use the Platform to scam, defraud, or deceive other users, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
WantedPost facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any goods or services exchanged. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. We strongly encourage users to meet in safe public locations, inspect items before payment, and use secure payment methods.
WantedPost does not guarantee that a buyer will receive offers or that a seller's offer will be accepted. We make no representations about the conduct or identity of any user.
Users may rate each other after a completed transaction. Ratings must be honest and reflect a genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
We rely on our community to help keep WantedPost safe. You can report any listing or user that you believe violates these Terms. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to act on every report.
The WantedPost name, logo, and all platform content created by us (excluding user-generated content) are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WantedPost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WantedPost and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
